Refunds are only available for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Custom-made or bespoke panels are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you are unhappy with the works.
2. How to Request a Refund

4. Non-Refundable Items

Installation fees and deposits are non-refundable once paid.
