At Luxura Walls, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Custom-made or bespoke panels are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you are unhappy with the works.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at admin@luxurawalls.com or 0435 853 355 with your order details and reason for the refund.

  • Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Installation fees and deposits are non-refundable once paid.

  • Custom orders and bespoke panels are final sale unless faulty.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for damaged or defective items may be offered at our discretion, depending on availability.
